Neuadd-Isaf Farmhouse is a unique and unspoiled Traditional Victorian Farmhouse providing self catering accommodation for up to 8 people, situated on a working farm about a mile from the market town of Builth Wells. The Farmhouse is steeped in local history and is a much loved family home retaining many original farmhouse features such as flag floors and traditional furnishings. Being a farm property, there is plenty of storage space available for equipment such as bikes or fishing gear, plenty of off road parking and you are sure of a warm welcome during your stay.
Built between 1865-1870, Neuadd-Isaf Farmhouse was formerly part of Lord Swansea’s Estate. It has remained with our family from 1883 to the present day and retains many of the original features and decor reflecting those who have lived here over the years, such as furniture, photographs and memorabilia. We hope that our guests shall feel truly at home in this much loved family farmhouse and enjoy a real feel of times gone by.
The Accommodation consists of 3 large double rooms, 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a cosy parlour with wood burner. Prices are from £450 per week or £220 per long weekend.
